This past Saturday, May 13th, I had the opportunity to participate in Cars and Coffee as a sponsor. Car meets have always brought me great joy since they give me the chance to experience vehicles I otherwise don’t have access to, as well as sharing my passion with other like-minded individuals. And this weekend didn’t disappoint, at all.
I loaded my Jetta up with a small selection of gear and loads of brochures, service menus, and event coupons to set up a sponsor table and hit the road.
Not only was I able to demo a few of my services for the car public, I learned about everything from Whipple superchargers to NC license plate history. As someone who has always been considered a nerd (and considered myself as such), to see people so passionate about all different aspects of motoring was refreshing.
It’s safe to say that car culture is alive and well in WNC. Can’t wait to get out there again June 10th!
